Networking
CIAC2025 will serve as a dynamic platform for networking, with attendees from a diverse range of industries and sectors. We have designed the program to allow plenty of time for connecting with fellow CIAC2025 attendees over meals, in the corridors, or at the conference venue’s various meeting spaces.

CIAC2025 attendees are encouraged to download the CIAC2025 conference app – hosted on the CVENT platform – that allows you to browse participant profiles, identify shared interests, join discussions, and schedule meetings seamlessly.
With features like personalized agendas, direct messaging, and a tag-based matchmaking system, the app ensures you can make the most of your time by connecting with key stakeholders and potential collaborators. Instructions to access the app will be sent to all attendees, and available onsite.
To make full use of the app, please set up your profile, tag your networking interests, and indicate which sessions you are likely to attend. This will curate a recommended list of up to 50 stakeholders to connect with throughout the event.
Attendees are also encouraged to leverage LinkedIn to arrange meetings and share their attendee experience using the hashtag #CIAC2025.
Business Networking Reception
February 20 | 4:00-5:30pm | Fairmont Ballroom Foyer
CIAC2025 attendees are invited to join the Business Networking Reception at CIAC2025, which will offer a relaxed yet purposeful environment for fostering meaningful connections.
As a 'light' B2B opportunity, the reception is designed for individuals to mingle with like-minded guests or schedule one-on-one meetings to explore potential collaborations. Whether discussing business partnerships, supply chain strategies, groundbreaking innovations, or investment opportunities, attendees can engage in productive conversations that align with their goals. With a diverse mix of industry leaders, innovators, and investors present, the reception provides a unique setting to spark ideas, deepen relationships, and lay the groundwork for impactful collaborations.
Guests are encouraged to use the app match-making service to identify B2B meeting prospects to meet during the reception.
